Still have some .reg files somewhere that originally was made for "RAM surf" with IE. They should be quite easy to edit to use a RAMdisk. I'll find them and post them, if you want them.

Maybe I should mention that I've only dealt with large amounts of RAM on XP CE 
editions. AFAIR, the Home version doesn't support more than 4GB.

Can tell me how to allocate the swap file to RAM? I'm assuming you mean I can put 8GB in a 32bit system and use 4GB of that as a swap file?
