How long should one wait for Microsoft to ship 'media-dvd' after an 
online order?
I ordered Win7Pro on 09-25-12.  The Microsoft confirmation indicated 
a'media-DVD'
ship date of 10-01-12.  Yes, I do have what appears to be a valid 'key.'
OK. It is 10-15-12and no 'media-DVD.'  I have visited numerous MS 
Customer Service
sites.  I am now fully confused. Never got to a phone number to speak 
with a Human.
Starting to think I may have been scammed out of $154.43.
