I have a security camera DVR with a VGA output that I need to get split out to 2 or 3 monitors in different locations. I have Cat5E ran to each location. I am looking for a low cost option to convert the VGA to Cat5E and feed the monitors. All of the runs are less than 100'. Has anyone dealt with a similar situation? Should I just get some HD15 jacks and solder them to the Cat5E?
