[H] Word Find and Replace

Does anyone know how to find and replace all 
lines that are 1 to 4 numbers and then a line break?

I have a document with a bunch of lines that have something like:
1�
15�
386�

I want to find and replace all these lines.  From 
googling, I found that I should be able to use: ^#^v

But that doesn't work in Word 2010 for me.

Any ideas?
