If you mean recordings (like WTV) you'd have to use a converter first, and then a DLNA streamer.
but you can only convert things that aren't encrypted like over the air broadcasts. Where I am there is no over the air, and just about the only thing on COX cable that is unencrypted in HD is PBS.
Something like MC-TVConverter will do it automatically and then get it ready to stream, though not in real time. If you have a media center extender (XBOX360 or Ceton or Linksys) then that covers it
I only have XBOX360s and I was under the impression that Win 7 Media center would only work with the XBOX 360?
