The best "canned" stuff I have seen lately is from Ubiquiti

You can determine if multiple point to point links are better, or a
point to multi point is better.

In my opinion, I would use 5GHz for the inter building shots, and 2.4GHz
within the buildings.

5GHz, no antenna:
