Not sure. Frankly, I hadn't done much research before ordering - $25 is within my impulse buy range. I think maybe the difference is price - these guys are including a fast charge cable in addition to the tester for $25, while the others you linked seem to be offering just a tester (but with digital output) for $30 or more.
If the cable works as advertised then I'll be happy with the analog reader. We'll see.
