NetTalk internet phone service allows you to block up to 10 numbers
for free. If you are willing to use your PC as a answering machine
then software VentaFax allows you to Black list and White list any
phone number.
Make sure you register your number with the Government Do not call
list. And get a Google voice number that forwards to your real
number. Then use that number for everything except what you are sure
of. Google voice will let you block numbers.

tired of the same numbers all the time, yes I do not pick up but
annoying. Sometimes I pick up to try and get them to NOT bother
again but we all know that is fruitless.
Sometimes answer as a business, that sometimes works.
