Thane,

I have no ideas that will help you.
But I too am running Firefox and I have no problems when I go to http://us.battle.net/en/.
The web page opens without issues.

Regards,
Mike

Here's an odd one - when I go to http://us.battle.net/en/ on one of my computers in Firefox, I get the following error:

XML Parsing Error: not well-formed

When I look at the source, I see this:

I have run ADWCleaner, JRT, Malwarebytes, everything says the computer is clean.

I've checked host files, removed Firefox and deleted all Mozilla folders, and reinstalled. The problem remains.

I created a new Firefox profile, tried the about:support reset, still no change.

Any ideas?
