[H] re-seat CPU

[Winterlight]

I took my case apart to give it a good cleaning and reseat 
everything. My CPU cooler is a Thermaltake  water Pro 2.0. In order 
to remove the motherboard and clean it up I had to remove the cooler 
from the CPU. There is lots of CPU grease left on the processor and 
the cooler...so do I have to go to the trouble of cleaning it all off 
and replacing it or can I just remount it.
