I'm assuming that you're wanting to disconnect it to reduce attack surface
given W7 is now out of support. Unless it flat out doesn't support W10, why
not just upgrade it? If you use the media creation tool, it will still
convert an existing W7 installation into a W10 digital license.

simple tasks. I don't need or want any internet connection. 
What is the easiest way to disconnect it from internet but keep it connected
