I finally got my Unifi UAPs sorted with all three UAPS connected updated and 99 percent WIFI user experience. Chris I have a couple of questions. My setup is two wired UAPs and one unwired.
Does MESH only occur when dealing with wired to unwired and it is suppose to be automatic with Unifi? My unwired UAP resides in the attic above my garage. I have Powerlink network that I could use for that UAP but I am leery about trying that. Any thoughts? ________________________________ From: Hardware <[email protected]> on behalf of Christopher Fisk <[email protected]> Sent: Sunday, December 13, 2020 5:22 PM To: [email protected] <[email protected]> Subject: Re: [H] SSH in Windows 10 PRO You'll want to reset the unifi. I've encountered this in the past. If you have a unifi device that is too old your management server won't be able to send the latest firmware or adopt it. The fix is to reset the thing to factory defaults and then do the manual firmware update. It's annoying, but not really that difficult.
