[H] Setting up a System for Sale

Need some guidance.  I have an HP system I need to sell.  No data was 
put on it and I've uninstalled a bunch of crap (it is an HP). I can grab 
the key off the system, which is probably HP's OEM key.  If I sysprep 
it, will it validate the OS (Win10) when I put the key back in?  Or is 
there another way to set up the system for sale?
