Honestly, W11 has been fine. My guys at work have done >180 Win11 deployments.
We have not done in-place upgrades - these are all either new hires or machine
swaps. Other than MS continuing to make WSUS difficult, nothing really notable
to report - with the exception of the start menu. On my machines I run a start
menu replacement (StartAllBack), but we aren't deploying that to others. I did
the same to W10 with Classic Shell, but it is fully broken with W11 so I had to
switch to a different solution.

Win10 22H2 will be supported by updates until October 2025 so you do have a
healthy runway yet.

Subject: [H] Windows 11

Those of you who are using or dealing with Windows 11..I am talking to you Greg
and Chris ...what do you think of it. I can see myself updating my Win10 NUC
by the end of the year...which I use with my TV...as a way to ease into this.
So any reviews, hints and or warnings appreciated!
