You will definitely notice the Q9650 speed increase, and it is a
quick and easy power boost. I am running mine at 3450, very quick and
no problems.I don't feel like I need to upgrade yet, there is nothing
I can't do fast enough. However, if you are planning on a major
upgrade, and you have the time, and money I would go with the I7.
