That seems to be the major consensus from hardware enthusiast's now as to
the optimum way to set up a system. Get a small but very fast SSD for
Windows, Linux etc. and program files (maybe a couple games if there's
room) and use a large mechanical for everything else. I'm not yet to the
point of laying down any cash on one but anticipate that will change next
year when I believe continued die shrinks and ever increasing production
will lower the price somewhat. I have 3 boxes and two of them are on Vista
SP2 and I want to upgrade those to 7 before I take the plunge. My life is
one of constant upgrades. LOL

Yeah, I think the OCZ Revo drive is bootable as well. PCIe bandwidth is
considerably more than SATA. Couple more years and these will be main
stream boot drives and 4 TB drives for media files. LOL
