Actually, the current atom D4xx is 10w for a single core, and the D5xx
is 13w for a dual core.
The Ontario is 9w, and the Zacate is 18w.
Ontario is single core, and Zacate is dual core, but you have to keep in
mind that both the core and the GPU/APU part of the processor are far
faster then an Atom D4xx and D5xx.
The Bobcat core is a out of order core, vs Atom which is in-order, and
the GPU parts are insanely different.
It is quite possible that an Zacate based system running the same work
load as an Atom D5xx will actually draw less power.
