I've had over a 50% failure rate with drives based on Indilinx controllers. My 
sample size is only around 45, but there's no way I'd touch one--especially a 
refurb--when there are much better alternatives now. Microcenter, for example, 
has a MC-branded SandForce 1222 64GB drive for $99, and 128GB for $199, that 
I'd be far more comfortable with. I still trust Intel SSDs above all for the 
time being.
