I would seriously check and see which "add-ons", "themes", "plug-ins",
and "extensions" might be present.
Just me.
I run TBird box stock w/o anything extra. And, I am still learning how
to live with this new toy! (I have my TBird as locked down as this
collective has suggested!)
And, I only DO Email with TBird.
I know, how gauche?

FWIW only happens to the wife. I have not been able to duplicate the bug ( if
it is a bug and not pilot error)
I still use Eudora ( paid ) and have hesitated updating to Eudora OSE cause it
is based on Tbird ( even though I like some of the features, playing with it on
my shop box) Only thing I do not like about OSE is it is not self contained
like Eudora is.
