Potentially faster bootup, more robust options that are (in theory) easier
to navigate, more extensible (hence the name--think of things like a web
browser in your setup utility, not that I really want one), and probably the
real reason we see adoption--ability for Windows to boot GPT disks, enabling
booting from drives larger than 2.2TB.

The thing I struggle with most is wanting to say "UEFI BIOS", when in fact
UEFI is a replacement for BIOS, not a subtype.
