I have a server that has lost a drive from the raid 5 array, and in the process managed to automatically convert itself to a 3 disk raid-0 when the hotspare failed during the rebuild.
Before I reconvert to raid-5, I want to do a LIVE backup of the system to an external USB drive in case of drive failure. We have backups, we're not going to lose data if this fails, but we will lose an entire weekend rebuilding from bare metal. What software would you use for this? Thanks! Christopher Fisk
