Yeah, an add-on SATA board is a definite way to go for early adopters who
don't want to hassle with an RMA. The two port versions aren't bad price
wise but a 4 port model is another story. I would also be wary of
incompatibilities if you read customer reviews from the Egg.

Agree. A bios update will not fix this B-Step bug. It will be a chipset
change or nada burritos ATM!

Since this is a hardware issue they probably can't fix it with a BIOS
