Yep great area; close to Santa Monica, Westwood, Beverly Hills, LAX etc.  Lots 
of great restaurants and stuff to do (Nuart Theatre is right around the 
corner).  And I'm just a couple blocks from Little Osaka (since Little Tokyo is 
actually downtown, that's what they call the Japantown near me) at Olympic and 
Sawtelle...

But I'm actually a few blocks in from the intersection Duncan, on a fairly 
quiet street, so no traffic noise here!  But even so, I do turn up the stereo 
quite a bit to listen to my music hehe! ;)
