Option 1.) Open the Task Manager, select processes and then go to the top and hit View -> Columns. Select I/O Writes and I/O Reads. Option 2.) (Better) Grab process explorer: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896653 Right click at the top of the columns and "select columns". Choose "Process IO" -> Delta Read Bytes, Delta Write Bytes and Delta Other Bytes.
