[H] Process Explorer?

Where does one install/put the PE run file (procexp.exe) so that I can 
do the Task Mangler swap?

PE is now my chosen default!
I went thru PE's help file (f1) this am. Amazed at how deep under the 
hood it shows
what is going on. Viewed the 2d (lower) window..... OMG!
Clearly way above my ability with modern OS's, but happy to now
be able to at least SEE what is what! Much more study/learning!
