I think it is going to depend on the version PRO or Home Premium, and
what you are logged in as. Some things you have to be logged in as
THE Administrator, not as a user with administrator privileges.

right click on My Computer icon and goto manage. Get a message that
it has no association. If I go directly to the computer management
lnk it points to it work fine.
Work around is just create a separate link but it bugs me. Pretty
sure happened after a install or update. May work the system restore
back one at a time to find out where it happened.
