I'm trying to block employees or anybody else from using my router to download torrents. It is a separate router, wireless WPA2 and wired, off my primary router, with a different IP that I make available to them, friends, and family. I just want to make sure nothing goes on intentionally, or not, that is going to cause me problems.

There isn't one - torrents can use any port. And there are plenty of legitimate uses for torrents - Blizzard uses BitTorrent to download updates for its games - so completely blocking them may break some things.

What is it you are trying to do?
