I just bought a Lite-on Blu-Ray Drive on a Newegg special

that I want to use for backing up, and ripping. Yeah, I know it is
only 4X read but I'm not in any hurry, and slower means less errors.
However, I am out of SATA ports on my desktop so what I would like
to do is hook it up to an available USB2 external drive harness. I
see they sell Blu-ray external USB2 drives, but is USB2 going to
blizzard of bits on a blu-ray rip. Thanks
