Hi,

I would  give it a shot, but I would first shutdown the server, and I
would image all of the drives for use in the recovery.  (yes, I know
it's a lot of space).   This is part of the reason why I run Raid6 at home.

You don't want to risk further corruption writing to and trying to use
the array in it's current condition.
