Yes, I have gotten warranties from them. I did get one on a phone I bought on Ebay that gave me problems. When I filed the claim I had to send it back to them for repair, when they couldn't repair it they refunded all my money. However, dropping something in water would not be covered by an extended warranty as that would require an accidental damage policy... I think they sell those as well.
