Hello, There's quite a few long threads about people that cannot get Portal 2 to load up. It crashes as soon as the cinematic would take you to the menu for game options new game load game etc etc. Steam/ Valve is useless so far - their support is a joke... anyone suffer from this - know someone who did and/or know of a fix? Really would like to play but its impossible with this bug. trying to get a refund too
