Just remember that if you're talking about electrolytics, brand is
important. Rubycon, United Chemi-Con/Nippon Chemi-Con, Panasonic, and
Hitachi are all top-tier cap manufacturers. Nichicon, SamXon, Sanyo, and
some others I can't think of at the moment are also good.
