FORC5,
Thanks for the info. I am aware of, and, thinking about ESET NOT working
with
newer versions of TBird; hence my foot-dragging. ESET V5 works well
w/TB v3;
as well as I can see.
Your msg is the first I'd heard about TB v10. Most of the ESET comments
were
focused on TB v5. Hmm? Perhaps more think needed........ Can do......... :)
Here, ESET is a permanent app!
Best,
Duncan

Anthony / Thane,
Sadly, I have to decline this gracious honor. I suspect I am just a
piker in the CCSUG!
Yes, I plan to upgrade shortly, but not until I sort out a confusing
observation I
have in TBird under the hood ATM. BTW, both my Brother and I have
been TBird users
since V2 when we both retired Eudora........... :)
Thanks,
Duncan

My email is a mess. I have emails going back to 2006 in Thunderbird.
I thought everyone was using it.

Is there anyone else in the Collective using Mozy Thunderbird?
I use v3.1.17; told support ends April 24th. New version is 10.0.
I nominate you for the president of the newly formed "Classic
Computer Software Users Group". :)
I would upgrade. I have used Thunderbird on and off over the last
year, and have clients using it, the upgrade appears fine.
