Tim,
Sorry. You are too young and so into all the new toys.
As well you should be!!!!!
I do so understand that I remain prehistoric.
There is little chance I will ever join you where you currently
do stuff 'computer.' Yes, I do now realize the impact(s) when
I seek some expert help. As an old friend reminds me, "Getting
old ain't for sissies!"
If I can not get this nag pop-up/on to stop, I will just live with it,
or, I may choose another default webpage for my browsers.
Best,
Duncan

I myself use Chrome Speed Dial App. It has a search engine on it and a lot

Subject: [H] Default browser site?
OK. I use Google as my default Browser opening site.
Yes, from time to time the opening webpage opens mostly blank. Fine.
Then, something else happens in the background; AND the Google site
pops open with a small, 'Let's try the Chrome Browser' button/window in
the upper-right of the main view window................... :(
Is there a permanent way to defeat this active 'Chrome'
button/window?
Can I add '/nochrome' to my default address call????
TANKX,
Duncan
