Hey guys, I'm sure I'm just being dumb and missing something, but is there any
easy way to display to multiple external monitors from a laptop w/o having to
use additional HW/SW? I feel like I'm missing something obvious b/c my newish
laptop (only a year old; Acer Aspire with core i7 and a ATI Mobility Radeon
HD5650) only allows me to extend my desktop (win7 64-bit) to one monitor-and I
have one plugged into the VGA port and one plugged into the HDMI, yet I can
only still select one at a time (from the Windows Screen Resolution when I
right-click on my desktop btw). I thought newer laptops would allow me to
extend to multiple monitors, but maybe not-I've got 5 I could use and I figured
that won't work but at least two would be nice... I think I also have a Matrox
device but I know there's going to issues with that based on the resolution I
wanted to use and the difference in monitor sizes so was hoping to keep it
simple. Thanks for any help/pointers! BINO
