Reading on the WD page, it looks to me like you only need to run 
their tool if you're running XP.  But they also seem to suggest that 
if you use a clone (and I use Acronis to backup and restore images 
and clone drives all the time) then your drive might not be 
aligned.  Has anyone used their tool or the Paragon tool?
