Totally agree. Some of the sites use letters mangled so badly that it takes
a mind reader to figure them out. Also, they almost never advise you as to
whether capitalization is significant.

I hope to meet the person who invented captcha so I can punch him in
the face. :) What a crappy system - I end up pressing the refresh
button five to ten times to get one I can even remotely guess at, and
even then, I often end up getting it wrong. How freaking important
is your website registration? There must be a better system.
