I don't defrag it, there are no auto backups, and I have a 5GB RAM 
drive as my \temp folde. I am aware of every service and everything 
that autoloads so if that  TB number is excessive I don't know 
where  writes are coming from. I have too much physical RAM for it to 
be the swap.

Are Crucial still the current best SSDs Greg? thanks
