It's because the REPLY-TO and TO are different addresses. Many that work in
the corporate world are accustomed to using "reply all", so they sometimes
hit it when responding to list mail as well. I know I've done it a few times
on accident.

To: [email protected]
<other headers removed>
Reply-To: [email protected]

If the reply-to and to were the same address, this would be avoided.
