another Question, What is a good ghosting program these days ? I
assume if I create a R10 with 4 1tb drives I need someway of
transferring my 2 tb drive system to it. Used to use ghost, have
Acronis true image 10.

A RAID 10 is a mirror plus a Stripe. So, it will only be 2 of the Disks. We
use this configuration at work here on our in house data storage system.
