Did you try setting your DNS servers to static? There was a problem
with some Netgear routers and Win7 64 bit where they would drop if you
had your system automatically detect the DNS servers.

No change. I've uninstalled the anti-virus, with no change.
Has anyone seen this before or have a suggestion?
