They illustrate building a simple server controller using a Sparkfun kit that includes a breadboard and an Arduino Uno. I didn't pay careful attention to it, but they seemed to speed through the details quickly. Probably better tutorials on YouTube. The same episode also demonstrates how to crimp modular plugs onto the end of CAT5 cable. (They failed to mention a critical point about making sure you buy stranded CAT5 if you are crimping on modular plugs.
