* Sync with Debian, remaining changes:
- Add libgmyth-dev (>= 0.7.debian1-1~hardy1) to build-deps.in
- Add mythtvsrc plugin to gstreamer-plugins-bad.install
- Change Maintainer to Ubuntu MOTU Developers.

* We don't need the following changes:
- Replaces for for gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-multiverse (added in Debian)
- Add libmysqlclient15-dev | libmysqlclient14-dev to build-deps.in
+ Those are needed by libgmyth, and now libgmyth b-d on them.
- 01_gmyth_fix_spec_file.patch:
+ Do rpm distributions really make packages with one file?
