Some minor irq cleanups.
Fix bug causing incorrect clock to be reported.
Make sure reports show adjusted clock after a resume.
Breakout resume_handler so that l1trace and pxa stuff are in respective files.
Minor include file cleanup.
Resume PXA clock from resume handler if possible.
