Yes, it seems the current haret.exe isn't a turn-key solution for you. But if you install a compiler, get the sources and start some nice sessions with the ARM Architecture Reference Manual and with Qualcomm's CPU reference manual, it might be possible to find a way --- that is, you can program this by yourself. After all it's open-source.
