Yeah, right.
Its formation of Ya-phala with vowel "a" i.e.  U+0985 u09CD u09AF অ্য, In
Devanagari we do not allow Halant after vowel.

Can you provide unicode values for same?

It will be nice if all of us start collecting particular exceptions in each
script.
