Salam harmonis, tadi malam sy ambil inisiasi tepat jam 11.00 lalu meditasi selama 30menit dg duduk bersila,sensasinya tiba2 aq diserang rasa kantuk yg cukup berat karena spt ada hawa semilir sejuk menyelimuti badan. Thanks mas edo atas inisiasinya.
