"The Angels of Love are here for you. Multitudes of angels await an
opportunity touch your heart and soul with a love so tender that it melts every
part of you. Do you want that love? Does your soul yearn for a love that
fills every cell of your being and satisfies every desire? How often do you
allow yourself to feel this love? Is it often enough? Do you hunger for more?
What can you do to open your heart, mind and soul to experience more love?
"Unconditional love comes from the source of all that is. A few of the names
for that source include God, the Universe, Father, Mother, Buddha and Jesus,
just to name a few. What name triggers a response in your soul? Find the deep
yearning of your soul for that love and ask that your soul be caressed by
love's embrace.
"Love encompasses many different feelings. With a mate, love can feel
profoundly tender and alive with sexual passion. Love also includes
affectionate concern for the well-being of others, such as family members and
friends. A deep and enduring emotional regard for others emerges as your heart
opens.
"True love lies between you and the source of all that is. Love from the
source is without conditions and is eternal. You don't have to do anything to
earn it. No matter what you have done in your life or how you feel about
yourself, this love is available to you now for the asking.
"The Angels of Love are here to take you by the hand and help you find a deeper
and more profound personal relationship with God, or whatever you call the
ultimate source. From this connection, you can discover the truer parts of
yourself and experience the endless varieties of love.
"What thoughts and feeling prevent your heart from melting at love's tender
touch? Do you harbor hatred for someone over a past experience or hurt?
Hatred builds around your heart a mighty fortress of hardness that deflects
love. This hardness, initially intended to be a protection from the pain of
the experience, is held in pace by the conviction that you are right and the
other person is wrong. Hatred fools you into believing that the other person
is suffering because of how you feel. While there may be some true in that
idea, you are always the one who suffers the most. How do your feelings cause
you to suffer? Is it time to let go of the feelings you are holding so tightly?
"Perhaps your heart is numbed by self-loathing. Do you hate the way you look?
Are you living in shame over something you did in the past or in a part of your
current life? Are you extremely self-critical or judgmental?
"The Love Angel are offering you the opportunity to let go of old ways of
self-loathing and hatred. This could be as simple as letting old chunks fall
away as you acknowledge the desire in your heart to find love. Your desire is
the key to ending self-destructive behaviors. The Love Angels are your support
during the transition because they remind you to love.
"When you catch yourself feeling hatred or self-loathing, change your focus.
Turn your focus toward love. What desires can you turn to in order to pull
yourself out of negative feelings and into love? Does your love for me Lord
Jesus help you to find a bigger perspective? Do you have a spiritual master or
teacher whose presence calls you into love? Will you let go of old habits of
hatred so that your child is not damaged by them?
"The Love Angels patiently wait for the slightest crack in the fortress around
your heart so they can infuse you with love. When your heart is filled with
unconditional love from the source, incredibly satisfying experiences of
intimacy are possible with others in your life.

~ When you need to shift your focus away from self-loathing, pray: "Lord
Jesus, please help me stop focusing on self-hatred and instead find the love
for you in my heart." As always, substitute your own personal name for the
spiritual being.
~ When you are troubled by angry feelings toward another person, hug your
small child or someone you love while you say to yourself: "Your love is much
more previous than hating this person."
~ Read a quote that encourages you to let go of hatred and seek love, like
this from Martin Luther King, Jr.:

~ Ask for love. Prayer is a powerful method of connecting directly with God
and the angels. Simply talk to God or your angels as if you are talking to a
trusted friend. Share your feelings. Ask for what you want (or need). Be
open (and receptive) to receive a response.
~ Meditation is another powerful way of connecting with God, your angels and
your soul. A simple way to meditate is to play music that opens your heart and
stimulates your soul's desire. The music listed here carries the specific
feeling of tender love that can open the heart. As you listen to the music,
focus on wanting your heart to open to love. Let yourself want to experience a
connection with the source of love. In response to your desire, the energy of
the Holy Spirit can flow through your body on the sound waves of music.
