The Dynamic Power of Affirmations
                        An Exercise

    By Maureen Quinlin

We are surrounded by an Infinite Intelligence that operates
creatively upon our beliefs. By letting go of destructive beliefs and
adopting constructive ones, we cooperate with this Infinite Intelligence
in making our lives fulfilling and successful. Affirmations help us to
establish the belief system we want. Meditate daily on these
affirmations, once in the morning and once in the evening, and observe
the changes that unfold in your life. It is easy to create your own
affirmations to fit your specific situation.

New Home: My right and perfect new home already exists in the mind of
the universe. I am being divinely guided and directed to my new home and
I know that all transactions flow smoothly and honestly. I now claim
this new home, which is filled with love, harmony and prosperity.

Patience: I release and let go of any need for immediacy and with this
release I accept my oneness with God (Creator). As God is, I am loving,
patient, warm and giving. I accept these qualities for myself now and
always.

Wealth: I release and let go of judgments or negative messages from the
past, and in their place I accept my deserving wealth. I accept
prosperity in all areas of my life including my finances. I deserve all
the money I receive, because it will be used for a good purpose. I am
clear about the purpose of money in my life.

Success: I am centered in the presence of divine action in my life. I
allow this divine action to flow through me in a pattern of success. I
am open and receptive to success in all areas of my life. I am grateful
for this already accomplished fact in the mind of God.

Perseverance: I am filled with the strength and vitality to follow
through with my goals. I trust the universe knowing that I am divinely
guided and directed and recognize when to preserve on my path. I accept
only that which is for my highest good.

Perfect Weight: I nurture my body temple with the right foods to
maintain my right and perfect weight. I am divinely guided in my eating
and exercise routines and I rejoice in the positive change of my body
appearance.

Growth: I am open to new ideas and I realize that my future experiences
are created by the beliefs and thought patterns I entertain today,
therefore I consciously welcome new ideas. I am blessed by being able to
perceive the world through fresh eyes. Beneficial new ideas come to me
easily.
