Here is my feedback. Energy came in through the nose and mouth before getting to the crown. I saw a lot of blue (skyblue) and white colours. At the end I got as view a dragonfly that came flying into my direction on the left side of my head. Not that much as feedback but I do hope that everything will grow by meditating.
